A. Body Protector

Our full body polycarbonate protector set (inclusive of shield and polycarbonate stick) is designed for comprehensive riot control protection. It combines lightweight, high-impact resistance, and ergonomic comfort for extended operational use.

• Components: Chest protector, shoulder pads, upper arm guards, elbow/forearm guard, thigh/pelvic guard, groin guard, shin guard.

• Material: High-impact polycarbonate plates and pads, supported by flame-retardant, sweat-absorbing cotton fabric as the outer and inner layers.

• Padding: Multi-layered with combinations of foam, rubber, plastics, or other suitable materials for energy absorption and comfort.

• Weight: Less than 6.5 kg (for a complete set).

• Available Sizes: Small, Medium, and Large; medium typically used as the reference size.

• Features:

  • Ergonomic flexibility for movement and comfort

  • Segmental groin and thigh protection

  • Adjustable straps and hook-and-loop fasteners

  • Construction with double-thread stitching, minimum four stitches per 2.5 cm.

B. Polycarbonate Shield

• Material: UV-stabilized transparent polycarbonate.

• Dimensions: Common sizes include 910–1100 mm length, 580–620 mm width, thickness 3–4 mm.

• Weight: Typically 2.5–4 kg depending on size and thickness.

• Features:

  • High transparency (80–95%) for clear vision.

  • Rectangular or slightly curved ergonomic design

  • Reinforced grip/handle with quick-release

  • Anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings

  • Resistant to impact, UV, and hazardous liquids.

C. Polycarbonate Stick

• Material: High-impact polycarbonate, sometimes with anti-slip handle.

• Dimensions:

  • Diameter: 2.5 cm

  • Wall thickness: 4 mm

  • Weight: 350 grams ± 25 grams.

  • Features:

    • Non-lethal, flexible, and lightweight

    • Surface abrasion and environmental stress crack resistance as per standards.
